There's a lot of research out there that tells us sport and exercise are good for a person's mental health.
At Advantage we believe that tennis provides a fantastic way of not just staying active physically with a full body workout but also stimulating the mind with on the go decision making and providing a good degree of social interaction.
We're working with a number of partners to build long term tennis programmes, not just taster sessions, for children and adults in Edinburgh who experience mental health issues.
