The Advantage programme is proud to offer players living with autism and learning disabilities the opportunity to get involved in a range of tennis and multi-skill activities.
The focus of these sessions isn't just the game of tennis but also the development of co-ordination, increasing fitness levels and building social skills with familiar people in a relaxed and safe environment.
These group tennis sessions are open to all and are delivered by our team of experienced and LTA Accredited coaches along with volunteers.
We are also able to arrange a 'one to one' approach, for both juniors and adults, which allows a player to work individually with one of our coaches.
If you'd like further information about our tennis sessions for players in Edinburgh and the Lothians living with autism and learning disabilities then please don't hesitate to contact us.
Our current session list is below.
|All Ability 10+||Friday||TBC||Longniddry Tennis Club|
|ASN Squad (Juniors)||Sunday||15.30 to 16.30||Craiglockhart Tennis Centre|
In addition to the above, the Advantage programme also delivers tennis in Edinburgh's Special Schools.
These sessions normally take place in the school's own facilities and are delivered each week of the school term.
